For this job we completely gutted and rebuilt the up-stairs attic of Cold Spring home. Everything in these photos is custom, cathedral ceiling, exposed oak beams stained to match the color of the floor. We built a custom bookshelf, that follows the angle of the roof convert this tight space into a usable family room and guest bedroom. The space was previously unheated unfinished space, so we needed be creative to install heating and cooling systems without sacrificing usable space. The hardwood wide-plank flooring matches the existing style of the home. The stairway banister and spindles were also custom made to match the stile of the house.
