Chefalo Contracting provides home renovation and improvement services including but not limited to: additions, attic renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, fire & water restoration, roofing, new constructions, outdoor builds, solar installations, repairs, maintenance, and general contracting across New York and select counties in Western Connecticut.
We honor all manufacturer warranties on materials used. Labor warranties may vary per project and will be discussed in your contract. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.
Customers may request a free consultation or quote via our website. Scheduling of work and formal agreements are handled directly with the contractor and subject to availability.
We make every effort to meet project deadlines. However, delays due to weather, material availability, or client-side readiness may result in rescheduling. We are not liable for such delays and reserve the right to adjust timelines accordingly.
Chefalo Contracting is fully insured with general liability, workers’ compensation, and disability coverage. If accidental damage occurs on-site, our insurance provider will assess and determine responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by factors outside our control, including acts of nature, material delays, or customer inaction.
We may use licensed subcontractors or third-party service providers to complete parts of your project. All such parties are vetted and expected to meet our quality and safety standards.
All services are performed under licensed contractors authorized to operate in the State of New York.
If any disagreement arises related to our work or services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. If mediation fails, legal claims must be filed in a New York state court of competent jurisdiction.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We also disclaim responsibility for issues beyond our control, including power outages, delivery disruptions, severe weather, labor shortages, or supply chain delays.
You may not use our website for any unlawful or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone misusing the site, forms, or communication tools.
